Are children allowed to Mulberry Mansion?
We do allow children at Mulberry Mansion however we do have numerous ponds and water features that may be hazardous to small children.

Do you supply linen
Yes, Mulberry Mansion provides luxury Egyptian cotton sheets for all our beds as well as Egyptian cotton bath towels and additional swimming pool towels.

How much does it cost to say at Mulberry Mansion?
Rates vary depending on the time of year and also on how many people will be staying at the house. Please contact us for a detailed Quotation.

How do I pay for my booking?
We usually provide our bank account details for direct deposit or international funds transfer however we also accept credit card payments (5% surcharge applies.)

How much do I have to pay to hold my booking?
We usually request a 30% deposit to hold your dates with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Our full terms and conditions will be sent to you along with a quotation.

How far is the property from central Fremantle?
Mulberry Mansion is approx. 3 or 4 minutes drive from the centre of Fremantle, regular buses pass the property every 15 minutes that go directly into Fremantle or into Perth City centre. Mulberry Mansion is also approx. 20 minutes walk from central Fremantle.

Can I see more photos of the property?
Yes of course. We will shortly be uploading more photos to the website however please email us and we will send you a pdf file ‘photo tour’ of the property.

Do you allow functions at Mulberry Mansion and how much does it cost?
Yes we often have functions such as weddings at Mulberry Mansion. Costs will vary depending on the type of function as well as how many people will be attending.

Mulberry Mansion has teamed up with various professionals to provide our guests with the following services – In house Hairdresser and massage therapists. – A Swedish chef – limo services – DJ s – party equipment hire – to name a few.

Yes Mulberry Mansion currently has a compact Ford Escape 4x4 you may hire.
